The Bride and Groom striking a pose before the wedding ceremony. The Bride wanted the groom’s first look of her to be as she was coming down the isle; but the Groom wanted to be close to his bride, so he agreed to wear a blind fold.
I chose to do this image in black and white because I wanted more contrast and emotion. I really liked the texture on the stones in the background, and I wanted them to play in the overall composition of the photo. I chose the low angle because I wanted to add balance and power to the shot. I wanted to show a different perspective, while capturing the bride and groom in this atmosphere. I love documenting love stories. Photos are timeless treasures always ready to be rediscovered.
